Deadly road rage stabbing in New York

A driver is under arrest in connection with a road rage stabbing death on the Taconic State Parkway.

Christian A. Walczyk, 21, of Pleasant Valley is accused of fatally stabbing another driver at approximatley 10:30 p.m. on Saturday night.

The state police responded to a reported stabbing on the parkway in Mount Pleasant. They found 28-year-old Daniel Siino of Hartsdale, New York in a vehicle with stab wounds.
Police say that Siino had been in some sort of road rage incident with Walczyk.  They say Walczyk stabbed Siino in the chest. Siino returned to his vehicle and his passenger began driving him to the hospital and called 911.

EMS and state troopers found them on the road and gave emergency aid to Siino.  He was then rushed to Westchester Medical Center but it was too late to save him.
 
Walczyk, who had also left the scene and called 911, was located nearby and taken into custody without incident. Walczyk was charged with felony manslaughter and was being held at the Westchester County Jail without bail.
