NEW YORK - Police in Laredo, Texas, are looking for the driver of an SUV caught on camera driving with a young child hanging from its passenger door.

The footage, released by Laredo Police Department on March 3, shows the small child hanging on to the running board of the car while it drives around the parking lot of a local H-E-B grocery store.

The LPD urged anyone with information on the driver’s identity to come forward.
