Suspect sketch released in Gabay shooting

The NYPD has released a sketch of the suspect wanted for the shooting of Gov. Andrew Cuomo's attorney, Carey Gabay, in Brooklyn. The 43-year-old married, Harvard Law graduate was shot in the head during the pre-party for the West Indian Day Parade Monday. Gabay remains in a coma at Kings County Hospital.

The suspect is described by police as 19-20 years old, black, with a white T-shirt, black pants and a Jamaican flag  around his neck at the time of the shooting.

Gabay, the first deputy counsel of Cuomo’s Empire State Development agency,  got caught in the crossfire between members of rival street gangs, according to police.
