NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - A man with a tattoo that reads "Team USA" on his forehead surrendered to the NYPD to face lewdness charges, the NYPD said. The man sat aboard a No. 2 train in Brooklyn on Sunday and fondled himself for nearly 30 minutes while looking at a 29-year-old woman, police said.
Police arrested Michael Pope, 19, of Harlem, and charged him with public lewdness on Wednesday.
A woman took photos of the man, according to police. The lewd behavior began at the President Street subway station near Crown Heights, police said.
