A man identified as a New York lawyer went on a racist tirade Tuesday at lunchtime at Fresh Kitchen on Madison Avenue at 39th Street in Manhattan. A bystander recorded the incident on a camera phone.

He yelled at the manager after hearing workers speaking Spanish to another customer.

"Every person I listened to--he spoke it, he spoke it, she's speaking it," the man said. "It's America!"

The man then threatened to call immigration agents.

"My guess is, they're not documented, so my next call is to ICE to have each one of them kicked out of my country," he ranted.

The manager tried to explain that the employee was speaking Spanish to a regular customer who frequents Fresh Kitchen.

The Daily News identified the irate lawyer as Aaron Schlossberg. His website says his law firm is right across the street. But inside the building, we couldn't find any evidence that it exists.

Willie Morris told Fox 5 that Schlossberg once shouted racist remarks at him on a city street and he posted it on YouTube.

"It blew my mind that the same person from two years ago was doing the same thing, essentially, to other people that he did on the streets to me," Morris said, adding that he is "100 percent" sure this is the same person.

Mayor Bill de Blasio tweeted in response to the racist video: "The 8.6 million people who call the city home speak more than 200 languages. They're all New Yorkers and they're all welcome here."

Fox 5 called the law firm and emailed the Schlossberg for comment but has not heard back. By the way, the law firm accepts Spanish-speaking clients, according to its website.
