3 people shot in East Harlem

NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - Three people were reportedly shot in the area of 3rd Ave and 115th Street on Monday evening.

Citizen App Tweeted video showing multiple police cars and a heavy police presence outside of the Thomas Jefferson Houses, where the shooting took place.  EMS was reportedly taking two victims to Harlem Hospital and a third to St. Luke's Hospital.

The NYPD has not released any information on the situation yet but there are reports the shooter has not been captured.
