Gov. Hochul scraps plan for Airtrain to LaGuardia

Plans to build a AirTrain link to LaGuadia airport were scrapped by Governor Kathy Hochul on Monday, due to ballooning costs. A panel has instead recommended increased bus service and adding a shuttle between the airport and subway stations in northern Queens.
