Vigil at 9/11 Memorial
NEW YORK (FOX5NY) - Hundreds of people attended a vigil at the 9/11 Memorial on Monday afternoon to honor the victims and first responders of the Paris terror attacks.
Flowers in blue, white and red were placed by visitors at the Survivor Tree.
9/11 Memorial President Joe Daniels, 9/11 Memorial Board Member and former U.S. Ambassador to France Craig Stapleton, and Bertrand Lortholary, Consul General of France in New York,gave remarks to the crowd.
After a moment of silence, the French National Anthem was played.
