When Typhoon Soudelor hit Taiwan last week, the power wind was strong enough to lift a jumbo jet off the ground.
Video posted to YouTube by user MrOutofcontrolvideos shows a China Airlines Cargo Boeing 747 bouncing slightly up and down, with its front nose gear coming off the tarmac.
Typhoon Soudelor made landfall in Taiwan on August 8.
A typhoon is the same weather phenomenon as a hurricane. The term "typhoon" is used for tropical cyclones in the northwest Pacific Ocean, whereas "hurricane" is used for storm in northeast Pacific Ocean and northern Atlantic Ocean.
