Video: Dashcam video records dramatic NJ police chase

Dramatic dashcam video recorded the cops chasing a murder suspect in New Jersey on Monday. This video was posted on North Jersey Dot Com. The clip begins on the Palisades Parkway. But the pursuit started earlier on the New York Thruway.

At one point on the palisades, the suspect goes over the grass and into oncoming traffic in Englewood cliffs.

Officers kept up with him, going through fort lee, then onto the New Jersey Turnpike hitting speeds of 110 miles per hour.

Eventually he gets caught in traffic just before the Secaucus toll plaza -- where cops subdued him.

Police say the suspect 45-year-old David Campos was wanted for the murder of a former lover in troy, New York.

He now faces a slew of charges, and awaits extradition back to New York.
