Passenger accused of sexually assaulting Uber driver

WESTPORT, Conn. (AP) - Police have charged a man with sexually assaulting an Uber driver in Connecticut.  Authorities say they responded to a Westport gas station around 1 a.m. Wednesday where the driver said he had been sexually assaulted by the passenger.

The driver told police he picked up the passenger at the Green's Farms train station, and the man groped him while making explicit remarks in the back seat. The man fled on foot after the driver stopped at the gas station.

Police have charged the 21-year-old passenger with sexual assault and public indecency.
