TSA agents in Florida took away a 5-year-old boy's Buzz Lightyear toy because they say it looked too much like a real gun.

It was Levi Zilka's first trip to Disney World and he got a Buzz Lightyear Flip Grip toy.  But when he tried to get through TSA security at the Ft. Lauderdale airport, they said no way.  They said the brightly colored toy looked too realistic.

“Once he realized what was happening, that they weren’t giving his toy back, he immediately starts balling, tears streaming down his face, crying,” said his father David Zilka.

Zilka thinks things could have been handed differently.

“We understand that things are scary out there right now but taking a toy from a five year old doesn’t enhance national security. It was all I could do not to break down with him in that moment,” said Zilka.

Levi Zilka says, "It was my favorite toy."
