TLC tightens sexual harassment policy

The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission is toughening its policies when it comes to sexual harassment. The TLC says sexual harassment has always been prohibited. The proposal, though, provides a very specific definition by prohibiting drivers from asking passengers out, commenting on looks, talking about sex, and, of course, no touching in a sexual way.

Michael O'Loughlin is campaign director of Cab Riders United, a passenger advocacy group. He supports the beefed-up regulations that also carry the possibility of a $2,000 fine.

All car services are included, from yellow cabs to Uber drivers.

And while many are supportive, some we talked to also support their drivers.
