Suspect threatens to kill man on subway train

The NYPD is looking for a man who reportedly slapped a toddler in his care before waving a knife on another man and his daughter.

Cell phone video taken by the victim shows the man threatening the pair while pushing a stroller. The suspect even tells the victim's five-year-old girl that her father will die on the train, according to police.

The disturbing incident on the northbound E train occurred June 24 at about 3:30 p.m. at the West 4th Street Station in Greenwich Village.  When the train stopped at West 4th St., police say he kept the train car doors open and showed the knife to the victim.

In the video he is seen repeatedly jabbing the knife at the victim as he yelled.  He eventually spit at the victims.

The suspect is described by cops as black and in his 20s. He was wearing a red T-shirt at the time of the incident.
