Police are seeking help from the public to find a person of interest in an incident on May 13 in which a nine-year-old boy says a man entered the restroom stall he was using and touched him inappropriately. Surveillance video released on Wednesday show the person of interest pushing what appears to be a stroller.

The incident was reported at a Target store on FM 1960 West near Cutten Road at around 5 p.m. on May 13. The person of interest is described as a white or Hispanic man who stands at a height of between 5-feet 7-inches to 5-feet 10-inches tall with a medium build, according to a statement released by the Houston Police Department. The man had also worn glasses.

The boy had run out of the restroom and hid under a water fountain directly outside the restroom as his mother was inside the women's restroom. He then reported the incident to his mother.

Anyone with information about the case is encouraged to contact the HPD Special Victims Division by phone at 713-894-1971 or Crime Stoppers of Houston at 713-222-8477 (TIPS).
