Snow problems in Newark

Another snow day in Newark, New Jersey, and downtown and nearly anywhere else in the city traffic was paralyzed on Tuesday -- three days after the blizzard.

Even though Mayor Ras Baraka said streets should've been cleared by late morning, well into the day some streets it remained impassable, others so narrow only one car at a time could get through which forced gridlock on the main drag.

Drivers turned to Twitter and turned on each other to vent their anger.

At a news conference, the mayor said progress has been made and that crews are working as hard as they can to clear the snow and open the streets.
