Search for suspects in Upper East Side armed robbery

NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - The NYPD is searching for two suspects involved in an armed robbery on the Upper East Side.

It is not clear what the suspects stole.

They reportedly took off into Central Park after the theft near 89th St. and Fifth Ave. on Tuesday morning.

The victim was injured and taken to Lenox Hill Hospital. The extent of that person's injuries remains unclear.
