Police: Lindsay Lohan's brother arrested for fake parking placard

Police arrested Michael Lohan -- Lindsay Lohan's younger brother -- for allegedly using a fake parking placard on his fancy Audi in Manhattan, according to State Police.

State troopers responded to Lohan's 2015 Audi that was parked at an expired meter in the Gramercy section of Manhattan on Thursday. A placard on the dashboard read "Official Business," had the New York State seal, and claimed to be issued by the state's Executive Branch, police said. But cops said the placard was forged.

Police arrested Lohan on two misdemeanor charges: third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and second-degree criminal impersonation. Lohan, 27, was arraigned in New York City Criminal Court and was released, police said.

Lohan, who played Lacrosse at Ithaca College, is due back in court December 14.
