Man walks into hospital with knife in head

A Peruvian taxi driver was able to walk into a hospital despite having a knife stuck in the back of his head.

28-year-old Clever Campos was attacked in Iquitos, in the country's northeast, following an argument with another man.

Remaining conscious throughout the ordeal, Campos walked into the Loreto Regional hospital under his own power, to the surprise of doctors.

He was previously seen wandering around a street in a daze following the incident.

Following hours of surgery at the hospital's intensive care unit, the knife was finally removed from Campos' head.  He remains in critical condition in the hospital.

30-year-old Henry Saldana was arrested and has admitted to stabbing Campos, saying the victim stole his motorbike.
