Man says he was offered sex with boy in Central Park

The NYPD is questioning a man who says he was offered a sexual encounter with an 11-year-old boy in exchange for $300 inside Central Park.

The witness claims a man in his mid-30s and the boy approached him just before midnight at the Bow Bridge.

The man declined and called police.

The suspect is described as a white male, 35-years-old who was wearing a blue winter coat with a fur trimmed hood and blue jeans.

The 11-year-old boy was wearing an spring-type jacket in orange and red.
