Philadelphia Police have confirmed via Twitter that two zebras that were on the loose in West Philadelphia have been captured.

The animals reportedly escaped from the UniverSoul Circus in West Philadelphia Sunday.

Bystanders captured a quick video of the zebras as they ran loose near the Mann Center at 52nd and Parkside.

A Tweet from Philly Fire News shows one of the zebras following it's capture.

The circus released a statement following the brief and viral fiasco, saying that neither zebra was injured and their escape was under investigation.
