Black Friday shopping frenzy

Millions hit malls across the tristate trying to get those must have items at deep discounts.

Busy crowds, bulky bags, and the brightest lights- It must be Black Friday.

At Herald Square and malls all over the city, it truly was “shop till you drop” or whatever you needed to do to keep sane.

At the Queens Center Mall, stores were prepping for the crush of holiday shoppers for at least a month.

At Macy's, it had been “go go go” since Thanksgiving at 5pm when thousands of early shoppers flooded the doors which stayed open all night.

One family traveled all the way from Texas just to get in on the New York holiday frenzy.

So after a long and successful shopping day, going home to your bed sounds pretty good right now.
