NEW YORK (AP) — Two more men have been charged with mortally wounding an aide to New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo in the hours before Brooklyn's West Indian Day Parade.
Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson on Wednesday announced the indictments of Tyshawn Crawford, 21, and Keith Luncheon, 24, both of Brooklyn. Also indicted was Micah Alleyne, 24, of Queens. He was arrested last month.
They were indicted on a number of charges in the death of Carey Gabay, including murder and criminal possession of a weapon. They face up to 25 years in prison.
A fourth man was indicted in October on weapons possession charges.
Gabay was shot in the head in September during a pre-dawn party celebrating the parade.
Attorney information for the men wasn't immediately available.
