NEW YORK (FOX 5 NEWS) - Flights are LaGuardia Airport in New York were experiencing delays Wednesday after lightning apparently struck a runway.
The FAA said that the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey had closed Runway 22 due to the lightning strike.
At about 12:30 p.m., the Port Authority tweeted about possible delays at the airport but did not elaborate.
