Hidden camera found in Chipotle bathroom

A former Chipotle employee is under arrest, accused of recording women in the restroom with a hidden camera.

It happened in Missouri City, Texas. Police received a call on March 2nd after a recording device was found.  Chipotle officials confirmed that an employee found the camera in the womens bathroom and notified management.

18-year-old Joanny Castillo turned himself into police on April 21 in connection with the case.  Police say that he confessed to recording women for at least five to six day.

He was arrested for invasive visual recording charges.

Chipotle released a statement in connection with the case.

"We were shocked and appalled to learn of these allegations," said Tim Spong, executive director of security at Chipotle. "Nothing is more important than providing a safe environment for our customers and employees and we have a zero tolerance policy for employee actions that compromise the safety or well-being of our customers or other employees. We will continue to work with police throughout this investigation and throughout the prosecution of the individual involved."

Chipotle says Catillo was fired after the camera was found.
