Gun that looks like smart phone sparking worries

Minnesota startup Ideal Conceal has created a gun that looks like a smart phone.

The two-round capacity, .380 derringer is scheduled to go on sale later this year, but not if NY Sen. Charles Schumer can stop it. Ideal Conceal says the weapon is "a new style of self-defense. Looks like a cellphone when folded up, but push the safety and you are ready to defend yourself."

Schumer, who held a news conference Monday denouncing the gun, says it is outrageous. He says the gun may violate a federal law because it looks like a common item.

The list price on the gun is $395.
