Fire at Queens elementary school
NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - A fire broke out in the roof of an elementary school in Queens Thursday.
The two-alarm blaze erupted just before 6 a.m. at P.S. 160 Walter Francis Bishop school on Inwood St.
SkyFOXHD was over the scene where heavy smoke and flames were visible.
The flames were brought under control at about 6:45 a.m.
There were no other injuries reported.
There was another large fire in Queens earlier Thursday morning. Twelve people including seven firefighters were injured in the Sunnyside blaze.
