Brooklyn man accused of urinating on, breaking church statues

A man now in police custody is accused of vandalizing two religious statues outside of a Brooklyn church earlier this month.

Cops busted Andrew Oshesky, 28, of Brooklyn, in connection with peeing on and breaking a pair of angel statues at Our Lady of Consolation Roman Catholic Church in Williamsburg on Dec. 2.

The Hate Crimes Task Force investigated the incident.

Authorities charged Oshesky with two counts of criminal mischief as a hate crime, two counts of criminal mischief with property damage, aggravated harassment, and urinating in public.
