ATLANTA - Chick-fil-A is rolling out its first new breakfast menu item in six long years and has made several other flavorful changes.
The Atlanta-based restaurant company announced its new Egg White Grill. The sandwich is lower-calorie menu option touting only 300 calories and 25 grams of protein.
The sandwich starts out with the toasted English muffin stacked with a breakfast-sized portion of grilled chicken breast, freshly grilled egg whites and American cheese.
The sandwich starts at $3.35.
Chick-fil-A also increased the size of its Greek Yogurt Parfait to 5.5 oz. The popular breakfast menu item introduced last year will now tout 180 calories, 12 grams of protein and starts at $2.95.
And there are now several new and improved sauces. Sweet & Spicy Sriracha dipping sauce is new and Chick-fil-A upgraded some sauces including Smokehouse BBQ, Garlic & Herb Ranch and Zesty Buffalo.
