Bus driver attacked with mystery spray

Police in New York are trying to identify a woman wanted for assaulting of a New York City Transit bus driver.  It happened on Friday, May 19 just before 11 p.m.

MTA bus B15 was stopped and letting off passengers at Marcus Garvey Blvd and Lafayette Avenue. An unidentified female passenger sprayed an unknown substance in the face of the 57-year-old bus operator.  It caused a burning sensation to the driver.  They were treated and released from Woodhull hospital.

The suspect is described as a female black, last seen wearing a surgical mask and all dark clothing.
