Airline loses own CEO's luggage

The CEO of Alaska Airlines admits his own airline lost his bag as he traveled to an industry conference. Brad Tilden made the admission on stage last week at the Commercial Aviation Industry Summit in Washington, D.C.

Alaska Airlines actually has a 20 minute baggage guarantee.  According to its website, if the bag is late, travelers can get a $25 credit toward a future flight or 2,500 bonus miles in the frequent flier program.

The airlines didn't say if Tilden got the credit.  He said it was actually the second time the airline lost his bag.  The first time was 25 years ago.

He says the bag arrived in time for him to put on his suit before a CEO panel at the event.
