A woman's Facebook rant over her "meal ruined" by an elderly customer having a heart attack and the restaurant's response are going viral.
It happened on New Year's Eve at Kilroy's in downtown Indianapolis.
The woman says her night was ruined because the staff was attending to the "junkie" instead of helping her with her bill.
The woman was no junkie, but a 70-year-old who suffered a heart attack during the celebration.
The rant, posted on the Kilroy's Facebook page, said "I will never go back to this location" because of "the way we were treated."
The manager posted a reply that is getting international cheers.
Chris Burton said, "thanks for reaching out! We love feedback, whether it be positive or negative. I especially like feedback like this so others can see the disgusting people that we have to deal with sometimes."
He went on to say, "But honestly, I'm glad to hear you won't be coming back to Kilroy's becasue we wouldn't want anyone as cold hearted and nasty as you returning."
The woman did survive the heart attack. A GoFundMe page has been set up to help pay her medical bills.
