Dummy holiday decoration prompts 911 calls

- There is a holiday decoration outside a house in New Jersey that's getting attention for all the wrong reasons. Several calls to 911 have reportedly been made about a display in Glen Ridge.

One of the houses in the affluent town has what appears to be a man hanging from the roof with a ladder partially knocked down.

The decoration can give passer-bys the impression that the hanging dummy is a person who is about to fall from the house.

Photos were posted to Facebook of the house on Ridgewood Ave. and the hanging "man."

It is not clear if the home's owners have any intention of taking down the display that conjures up Halloween more than Christmas.

Glen Ridge is located in Essex County and is about 20 miles from Manhattan.
