Cashing in on food-based Instagram accounts

Foodies are taking Instagram by storm and some Instagrammers are now monetizing their accounts.

Some people who started out by simply posting photos of food on Instagram have turned their hobbies into to a business.  And now, some restaurants are trying to target them,  inviting them for meals and paying some of them to post photos.

It's a win-win.  The Instagram users get services or cash, and the restaurant can easily reach a half-a-million or more people who are interested in what they are selling (or serving).
