The heartbroken cousin of Holder, the 4th city cop to be killed in the line of duty in the last 11 months, says more needs to be done to get guns off the streets. Her words came moments after career criminal Tyrone Howard, 30, was arraigned on first-degree murder charges.

Now there's a growing call to bring back a revised version that would target criminals and get the guns off the streets.
