The crazier the eyes, the more sinister the look, the better.

Casting agents are looking for new prisoners for the next season of the popular Netflix series, 'Orange Is The New Black.'

The show, which just picked up an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Drama Series, is based on the book by Piper Kerman, 'Orange Is The New Black: My Year In a Women's Prison.'

Filming for season four has begun. Talent scouts are reportedly looking for "“extremely scary female inmates," reports the NY Daily News.
