NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - Season two of "Empire" premiered Tuesday night on FOX. It found Lucious Lyon behind bars -- but no longer suffering from Lou Gehrig's disease. Meanwhile, Cookie ramped up her efforts to gain control of the family music business she lost when she was in prison. It's the kind of drama that has made the series a big hit so far.
It grew in audience week after week in its first season.
And between the Emmy nomination for Taraji P. Henson and lineup of stars like Chris Rock and Marisa Tomei in the wings, there's a chance the audience can grow even more.
