NEW YORK (FOX 5 NEWS) - An NYPD commanding officer is facing sexual misconduct charges, the department announced.
Authorities arrested Deputy Inspector Keith Walton, 44, of the 49th Precinct in the Bronx Friday afternoon.
Authorities charged him with two counts of sex abuse, forcible touching, official misconduct, and harassment.
In a court document, a lieutenant with the Internal Affairs Bureau states that a female officer claims Walton pulled her hair, tried to kiss her, groped her genitals over her clothing, and grabbed her hand and placed it on his crotch over his clothes.
Walton has denied the allegations.
