2 men slashed in subway

Police in New York City are on the hunt for a man who slashed two men in the subway system.

It happened bout 5:15 p.m. on Sunday.  Police say a man got into a dispute with a 26-year-old man who was standing on the northbound platform of the 4/5 line at the Broadway and Fulton St. station.

The dispute escalated to a physical confrontation where the individual proceeded to slash the left side of the victim's face, causing a laceration. He then slashed a 34-year-old man who was with the first victim on the left side of his neck as he attempted to intervene.

Both victims were removed to Bellevue Hospital, via EMS, in stable condition. 

The NYPD says the attacker is black, 25 to 30 years old, medium build, approximately 6' tall, had facial hair, and was wearing a black leather jacket, black pants, and a black skull cap with a skull on the back of it.
