2 construction workers killed in Queens

NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - Two construction workers operating a crane have been killed in Queens after a beam fell onto the crane cab, according to the NYPD.

It is not clear if wind played a role in the incident at a construction site near the Van Wyck Expressway.

The beam came down on the workers at about 12:11 p.m. at 81-10 134th St.
