American Airlines is getting a lot of heat because of a new ad campaign telling passengers how they should behave in airports and during flights.
Another excerpt from the ad reads "They always ask before they raise and lower the window shade".
American intended the ad campaign to show how "The World's Greatest Passengers" deal with the inconveniences of air travel, but a lot of people on social media see it as the airline actually lecturing passengers on how to behave.
