Amber Heard is the victim, lawyer says

A judge granted Amber Heard a restraining order against her estranged husband, Johnny Depp.

- Actress Amber Heard has come out swinging at allegations she is trying to extort millions of dollars from estranged husband Johnny Depp.

Last week, a judge has granted a temporary restraining order to Heard against Depp, according to The order requires Depp to stay at least 100 yards away from Heard until at least a hearing in June.

Heard came to court on Friday with a bruise on her face, saying that Depp assaulted her with his iPhone Saturday. She also claimed she is the victim of repeated abuse, TMZ reported. She brought photos with her showing bruises that she claims Depp inflicted upon her during their 15-month marriage.

TMZ cited sources close to Depp saying that the accusations of abuse are not true. TMZ also reported that law enforcement sources said that when cops came to the couple's house on Saturday they saw no evidence of abuse and that Heard declined to file a report.

Heard filed for divorce May 23, one day after she and Depp split. They cited "irreconcilable differences." Depp later petitioned the court to allow him to withhold spousal support.

The AP reported that Depp's attorney, Laura Wasser, declined to comment.
