Omakase lunch: Let the chef surprise you

- Omakase is the Japanese version of a tasting menu. Simply say you'd like the omakase, and leave all the decision-making to the chef with surprise dishes course after course. And at Blue Ribbon sushi, it offers diners a special experience.
