Study: Heart needs at least 6 hours of sleep

Getting a full night's sleep may keep your heart healthy.  This, according to a new study from the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.

Researchers find sleeping for at least six hours lessens the risks of a fatty plaque building up in the arteries. This plaque can lead to a heart attack or stroke.

In the study, researchers looked at 4,000 people without heart disease.  Those who slept less than six hours were close to 30 percent more likely to develop heart problems.
