Ryan Seacrest's secret to success: 'say yes'

- "In season two I knew this was transformational. I worked harder because I didn't know how long this was going to last," said Ryan Seacrest about success and hosting 'American Idol.'

That work has included hosting more radio programs, producing his first reality series, 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians,' and creating his own clothing line.

Ahead of the last season of 'Idol,' Good Day New York asked Seacrest what one thing he still wants to try.

"I would like to be a chef. I don't know that I would be that great at it, but I would like to try," said Seacrest.

Whether on the radio or TV, the one thing that remains consistent is Seacrest's approach to working is his willingness to take the next step.

"I still say 'yes.' I love broadcasting. I just started saying yes to things and worked my way up to things," said Seacrest.
