Making high-protein pancakes

Gary and Lisa Kassabian created a high-protein pancake mix with no refined sugars, no sugar substitutes, no artificial sweeteners and no artificial flavoring.

Their recipe was a hit and is now the basis of a business called Stack'd Nutrition.

So what's in the mix?

  • 100% organic whole grains (oat flour or coconut flour)
  • 100% casein protein
  • Per serving: About 25 grams protein, 1.5 grams fat, 200 calories (varies by flavor)
