NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - Both Easter and Passover are fast approaching. For anyone hosting guests for brunch, lunch or dinner, caterer Stephanie Nass a.k.a. Chefanie recommends displaying easy to create decorations and serving tasty (and quick) treats.
•Easter Bunny Rice Krispie Treats: You'll need a sheet of rice krispie treat (that you can buy or make yourself), a bunny rabbit cookie cutter, a butter knife, and Chefanie Sheets.
•Marbleized chocolate on Matzah: This Passover, we're mixing up the traditional matzah recipe to make a blue and white, marbleized matzah. All you'll need is flour, water, salt, and food dye and less than 18 minutes.
•Matzah House (like a Gingerbread house but with Matzah)
•Turning a cabbage into a vase for flowers: a real cabbage centerpiece filled with tulips for all your spring entertaining and holiday needs. You'll need cabbage, trimmed tulips, paring knife, melon naller and a cup of water.
