Megyn Kelly's diet guru shares secret

Tanya Zuckerbrot shares some of her favorite tips for losing weight from her book, F-Factor Diet.

- FOX News host Megyn Kelly looks fantastic and she credits dietitian Tanya Zuckerbrot for her fabulous physique.

But if you think it's all about the workout, thing again. Zuckerbrot replaces hours upon hours in the gym with fiber!

"We’ve all been told that we have to rely on the gym to get fit, but what really gets rid of fat is diet. So, let F-Factor be your cardio," said Zuckerbrot.

F is for fiber, of course.

"The more fiber you’re eating the more calories you’re burning while at rest," said Zuckerbrot.

For example, for breakfast, Zuckerbrot instructs her clients to eat yogurt parfait with high fiber cereal and berries.

"It's also important to incorporate weight training three times a week. You want to maintain your muscle mass," said Zuckerbrot.
