The stars of Fit to Fat to Fit preview the new show on A&E.

- It took personal trainer J.J. Peterson 120 days to gain 60 lbs. He intentionally packed on the pounds for the new TV series, 'Fit to Fat to Fit,' on A&E.

He also did it to encourage his client, Ray Stewart, to lose weight. Stewart pulled it off.

"Now, Ray is my inspiration," said Peterson.

'Fit to Fat to Fit' premieres Tues., Jan. 19 at 10 p.m.
