NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - P90X Workout series creator Tony Horton says he has a new challenge for fans with results showing in only eight weeks.
"With P90X, there was a learning curve, but the 22-Minute Hard Corps is for everyone. This is basic training, down and dirty," said Horton.
Unlike a 90-day commitment with each workout sometimes running 60 minutes or longer, the 22-Minute Hard Corp requires only 22 minutes a day for eight weeks.
From the gorilla crawl to punch pull and frog burpee, the new workout is based on military style boot camps.
"There is a lot of muscle recruitment. You're doing everything at once," said Horton, 56.
